MDB was engaged to manage the project on the client’s behalf, from design development through to construction.
We procured the design team and coordinated the design to 70 per cent design development. We then ran the procurement of the builder for the client, and managed the project through construction, working alongside the client’s health consultant and the builder.
MDB managed the nominated builder from project commencement to completion, and MGPH was constructed and completed ahead of the contract programme date.
