CONSTRUCTION
I have drawings.
I need a builder.
Already documented and ready to build? We review the documentation, understand the scope, price the works and identify any queries or risks before construction.
PATH 2
DESIGN & CONSTRUCT
I have a site, brief or concept.
Bring us in earlier and we take on more of the process. We set the project direction, assemble and manage the right team, take the design through DA and BA, and handle the authorities, consultants and certifiers so you’re not chasing them. Then we build it.
PATH 3
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I need someone to manage my project.
MDB can also be engaged independently to manage a project on the client’s behalf. We can step in at the stage required and manage consultants, programme, budget, procurement, approvals, contracts and construction through to completion.
COMMITMENT 01
Weekly progress reports and direct access to the people making the decisions. Questions get answered, not left sitting.
COMMITMENT 02
An honest, complete price up front. We’d rather find a scope gap at tender than chase it later as a variation.
COMMITMENT 03
Every job is programmed and statused weekly, because a month is too long to wait to find out you’ve lost time.
COMMITMENT 04
Structure, detailing and sequence are worked out on paper first, so the site team can build instead of redesigning on the run.
COMMITMENT 05
Defects are picked up as we go, not saved for the end. We finish as well as we start, with handover documentation complete.
COMMITMENT 06
Smarter methods and materials that bring the cost down without stripping out what the design is meant to achieve.
